CAE - Acoustic Camera - 3D Microphone Array
The 3D microphone array is used for spatial 3D Beamforming. The object is located in the array for the 3D Beamforming process. With only one measurement the acoustic behaviour of the 3 dimensional object can be displayed. Depending on the application it can be used between 40 up to 560 microphones. Even the array size can be chosen between 80 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm up to the integration of the micrphones in a whole room.
- size of the acoustic camera: from 400 mm up to 5000 mm or even complete rooms e.g. anechoic chamber
- Specifications of the acoustic camera: <33 dB to 120 dB with up to 40 dB dynamic
- number of microphones of the acoustic camera: 40 - 560 MEMS-microphones, 24 bit resolution, Sample rate 48 kHz, frequency range 10 Hz - 24 kHz
- recommend frequency range of the acoustic camera: from 50 Hz with beamforming-methods; below with decreased resolution
- material of the acoustic camera: Aluminium
- weight of the acoustic camera:
