In the process of industrial production, it is necessary to install a calorific value analysis system on gas pipelines to ensure combustion efficiency, product quality and energy saving given that many kiln devices need to be heated and burned with gas, such as metallurgical heating furnaces, lime kilns, etc. The TVAS-5000 provides data basis for real-time gas ratio adjustments, and also for settlement of downstream gas users. Gas calorific value systems can be divided into two types according to their methods: the combustion method and the component method. Traditional calorific value systems using the combustion method have many problems such as easy flameout, complicated control, and unstable operation, which may easily cause the equipment to fail to use normally.Easy maintenance and low maintenance cost; unique sampling probe design; simple and reasonable pretreatment flow path to ensure long-term stable and normal working ability of the system gas path;
