Dazhang - Cartridge Filter with Plastic Housing
Cartridge filter (also named precision filter), the housing usually is made of stainless steel. The filter uses cartridge as the filtering medium. The cartridge can be: Melt Blow Cartridge/String Wound Cartridge/PP Folded Cartridge/ Nylon Membrane Cartridge/PES Cartridge/PTFE Cartridge (Detail pls check page 21-22). A different filtering element is selected according to different filtered material and the designed technology to reach the quality requirements. The filter precision range: 0.1~60um; the model includes 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches and 40 inches; Connection ports: plug port (222 and 226) and flat port.
The liquid will be fed into the filter from the inlet, then go through the cartridge from external side to inner side, then discharge from outlet. While the filtering, impurities will be trapped by the cartridge, so that realize filtering effect.
