ICT - Model OptiAer -Cartridges and Pleated Filter Elements
Cartridge with a fixing system using a threaded rod. They are generally mounted on the dirty air chamber and consist of a cover with a hole in the centre to fit the fixing system. Several cartridges of this type can be fitted together. In this case the intermediate cartridges will be open at both ends and a rubber seal fitted on each of the rubber joints to assure control of emissions.

The design of these bags has stuck to the multi-channel approach, but changed the number and separation of the channels, as well as the length of the bag. ICT FILTRATION has manufactured up to fifteen different models, from the oldest with 19 and 9 channels up to the most modern with 22, 29 and 32 channels.
The bag cleaning system has moved on from pulsed counter-flow air to low pressure counter-flow, via “Plenum Pulse” compressed air. In fact, the fabric used varies depending on the cleaning system. Chemical conditions, humidity and the way of working also determine fabric quality.
