Ecospray - Model ECO-NOx SCR -Catalytic Systems

ECO-NOx SCR catalytic systems, with injection of urea (at 33% or 40%) or ammonia (at 25%), provide abatement performance up to 99% in the gas flow at preferably 300 -400°C. Plants are composed with modular reactors to adapt to any gas flow / performance requirement, and are suitable for retrofitting and new installations.

Easy to install, ECO-NOx™ SCR catalytic systems require minimal maintenance and low investment costs and low reagent consumption but guaranteeing high efficiency. The nebulization occurs through Ecospray’s proprietary lances and nozzles into a static mixer or through an AID Ammonia injection grid: the passage of the mixed gas with the reagent through a multi-bed catalyst according to requirements. It is possible to integrate catalyzed ceramic filter elements that combine high DeNOx efficiency and dedusting, as well as to integrate catalysts for CO reduction.
