CGH - Container Stations / Compact Stations
CGH can supply a wide range of tank plants. Common to the station is that they are all based on CGH aboveground tanks, and then made in different variants according to the customer`s wishes.
Technical data:
- Volume up to 60 m³
Purpose:
- Storage of Diesel and Petrol, optionally AdBlue.
Lower purchasing costs of fuel and better consumption control
Tank characteristics:
- Design according to: EN 12285-2 class A or B or according to DIN6616
- Technical documentation approved by Notified body
- Basic material – S235JR according to EN10025-1
- Single or multi-compartment tank
- Working temperature from -20°C to + 50°C
Model B:
- Walls made from trapezoid plates, isolated flat plates possible
- Electric shutter doors
- Ex lamps
Options:
- Stickers with logo on the sides
- Loading pumps
Compact Stations are CGH’s answer for uncomplicated to erect and quickly operational petrol station in the vibrant cities and along the country roads in any part of the world. The design of a Compact Station is driven by two main objectives:
- Fully pre-assembled and tested in the factory.
- Straightforward on-site installation.
Total fuel storage capacities ranging from 30 up to 120 m³ are obtained with a single storage tank or with two tanks, installed side by side in the excavation.
The tanks are always double-walled and multi-compartment to accommodate 3 to 4 different fuel grades. The tanks comply with the EN 12285-1 standard.
