Challenger - Skip Loaders / Waste Compactors
The Challenger Waste Compactor range is manufactured to couple to standard compactor containers and there are charge box volumes to suit every application from 2 cu.m. Whilst waste compactors are usually manufactured with an integral electro hydraulic power unit, the speed of operation and compaction force can be manufactured to suit the client.
There are a few standard skip loader hopper designs that seem to be popular and bespoke hoppers to suit forklift truck loading, bin lift tipper loading, conveyor loading, etc can readily be manufactured.
In addition, Challenger was one of the first skip loader and waste compactor manufacturers to produce high level waste compaction units specifically for damp or wet wastes (such as sludge`s, special wastes, etc) whereby liquids can be drawn off at the base of the container.
