RefleX D222 UV Chambers are engineered to efficiently disinfect ultrapure water and facilitate effective ozone destruction, making them integral to advanced oxidation processes. Utilizing a patented technology that reflects 99.8% of 254 nm UV light back into the chamber, these chambers optimize UV exposure for maximum disinfection efficacy. They feature a compact design with a footprint 75% smaller than typical UV systems, equipped with a 22-inch high-output lamp. This design ensures minimized operational costs and a simplified maintenance schedule, as service visits are needed less frequently compared to other systems. The RefleX Controllers further enhance efficiency by enabling independent control of up to four chambers. Certified by NSF 50 and NSF 61, these chambers are suitable for diverse applications, ranging from microelectronics and food and beverage industries to municipal water treatment, thanks to their adaptable power requirements and real-time dosimetry.

The NeoTech D222™ boasts the smallest footprint in its class. With as few as one-tenth as many bulbs compared to standard UV systems, it has the lowest operating cost and maintenance schedule in the field.
Higher reflectivity for higher transmissivity.
The UV transmissivity (UVT) of the treated water, combined with the flow rate through the unit, determine the UV dosage applied to the water. Particles in water typically absorb or reflect UV light which affects the water's UV transmissivity. NeoTech Aqua’s units are rated based on a UVT of 95%. The above graph illustrates the appropriate rating for the D222 based on varying UVT levels. The NeoTech Aqua Solutions technical team provides complimentary UVT analysis on customer-supplied water samples to ensure proper UV equipment sizing.
