The A3 shaftless screw screen offers wastewater screening and transport of solids in a practical and efficient package. Perforated plate or wedgewire screens retain solids, which are lifted and transported by the screw. Brushes continually clean the screening area. Available in a variety of standard and custom sizes.

A3 provides a wide range of "pump-to" and "in-channel" headworks screens. Pump-to screens include the complete line of Contec NRW perforated plated screens. Channel screens include perforated plate screens, bar screens, drum screens, screw screens and step screens.

A3 distributes NRW Contec perforated plate headworks screens. These stainless steel "pump-to" screens are cleaned by means of rotating brushes. Screen perforation sizes range from 0.6 to 20 millimeters. Contact screens require little scheduled maintenance and consistency provide years of trouble-free operation.

Optional equipment includes heat tracing, baggers, and screening compaction and conveyance.

Additionally, A3 offers a full line of inclined channel screens under our own brand. This includes screw screens, bar screens, perforated plate screens, step screens and rotary drum screens.
