CHEMSAFE - Model PP-H -Chemical Drainage Thermoplastic Homopolymer Polypropylene Pipe
Manufactured from either Thermoplastic Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP-H), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) or Polyinylidene Fluoride PVDF. Pipex px® CHEMSAFE® chemical drainage systems are the industry standard for the safe transmission & containment of chemicals, trade effluent wastes & corrosive fluids and gases, and are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications for below ground drainage, pumped systems and above ground laboratory applications. The system includes pipework ,manholes, pump chambers, floor drains and channels.
CHEMSAFE® chemical drainage systems and supporting “one stop” Pipex px® design & build services, are bespoke & packaged to match the precise project specifications of our customers. Our unique offsite manufacturing & integrity testing techniques enable site delivery of pre-assembled & pre-tested itemised pipe spools, for fast-track site installation with minimal site joints required.
CHEMSAFE® pipe systems are available in single containment or double containment configurations (i.e. dual contained - pipe within pipe) for additional containment level security in the case of very hazardous & corrosive chemical wastes. Leak detection system is available for CHEMSAFE® Dual Contained system.
