It was prepared by using honeycomb ceramics and molecular sieve coating materials as carriers. The coated honeycomb zeolite has good hydrophobic properties, the single-stage adsorption efficiency can reach 90-98%. It still has a strong adsorption capacity at higher temperatures.

Special adsorption for VOCs gas removal, different VOCs gas adsorption will use different zeolite molecular sieves as raw materials.

  1. In order to ensure the use  of honeycomb zeolite effect, it is recommended to desorb once at high temperature (220?) during the first use
  2. Honeycomb zeolite molecular sieve hydrophobic zeolite, and the relative humidity is recommended to be <80%
  3. Desorption temperature from 100? to 400?, according to different exhaust gas can use the corresponding desorption temperature
  4. The concentration range of adsorption waste gas is recommended not higher than 1000mg/m3
  5. After desorption is completed, the temperature of the product needs to be lowered to normal temperature before adsorption
