Mogensen - Model Type SEL -Compact and Flexible Sizer Screening Machine
The Mogensen-SEL is an efficient, compact and flexible Sizer with extremely high capacity. The SEL-model’s linear vibration movement enables careful, efficient screening. The modular construction allows simple, cost-effective process adaptation. The Mogensen-SEL is supplied on a support frame, which simplifies transportation, installation and start-up. The well thought-out construction minimizes down time for service and screen cloth change, partly thanks to dust covers with rapid closure and good accessibility to all wear parts. The Mogensen-SEL is a tried and tested construction that gives the best possible operational reliability even under extreme conditions.
A flexible range of screening machines
The Mogensen-SEL is primarily intended for separating sizes from 0.1-30 mm, and can handle input dimensions up to around 50 mm. It can be supplied in widths of 1, 1.5 and 2 m, with three to five screening decks.
The standard equipment includes an integrated feeder unit with adjustable spreader, which often eliminates the need for a separate feeder. The equipment can be made with outlets designed for round or rectangular connections.
The Mogensen-SEL has a complete accessory program with for example: an electrical control system for easy handling and reliable operation, electronic supervision of the screen cloth tensioning and various systems for wear protection and screen cloth cleaning.
