Dado - Model HP1 -Compact and Lightweight, Heated Gas Probe
Compact and lightweight, the Dado Lab HP1 heated probe is the versatile solution for gas sampling, fully compliant with EN 12619, EN 14792, EN 14789, and CEN/TS 17405 standards. Designed to adapt to any requirement, it is available in single or dual outlet configurations, with either self-regulation at 180?°C or adjustable temperature control with a freely settable set point. You can choose from three protective filter options, and for the most demanding environments, pair it with a heated sampling line to prevent acid condensation and ensure sample integrity.
An LED indicator signals when the set point temperature has been reached.
Connections are made of stainless steel with Swagelok-type fittings, available in 6 mm or, upon request, 8 mm diameters, specifically selected to withstand prolonged thermal stress.
The filter element is housed in an easily removable holder with a very low dead volume, reducing the time needed for the sample to reach the analyzer or sampling line.
The probe also features a second inlet for the dilution line, positioned upstream of the filter chamber to facilitate gas mixing. This inlet can be used for zeroing or calibrating analyzers, or for creating dilution lines via the QB1-D sampler.
To avoid cold spots, the HP1 is equipped with the DadoLab Locking Ring, securing the heated line and preventing temperature drops at the connections.
Unique in its class, the HP1 probe has been developed to connect to the gas line of the HP5 isokinetic probe, enabling simultaneous operation during isokinetic particulate sampling.
