MSizer - Compact Short-Deck Sizer System
The Mogensen MSizer compact is a compact short-deck sizer with high screening efficiency and large capacity on a small footprint. It is available in 4 different sizes with inner widths ranging from 0.5 m to 2 m, an effective screening length of 1.3m and with 2 to 4 screening decks. As a result, the MSizer compact can be optimally customized to the respective screening requirements.
Functionality
The MSizer Compact is driven by a single vibrator resulting in the typical elliptical motion that counteracts blinding of the screens, loosens and stratifies the feed material which secures an efficient material spread. Thus the MSizer Compact achieves a throughput of over 40 t / h e.g. for feed screening. Depending on the specific application, the Msizer compact features two to four screen decks arranged on top of each other, with the topmost screen having the smallest inclination and the bottommost screen having the greatest inclination. The design of the inlet and outlets allow for a flexible configuration. Service and maintenance are simple: large, easy-to-open inspection ports with secure fastening and dust covers available in 0.5 m wide modules with only 2 quick-release fasteners each.
