The new Mogensen MSizer extend and MSizer giant are the most powerful and most flexible long deck classifier machine according to the Sizer principle. The machines combine maximum economic and technical efficiency benefiting from a new screen deck concept with a modified angle of inclination of the screens.

The design behind the Mogensen Sizer SG/SH is similar to that of the long deck screening machine configuration used in the SC series, except with a shorter screen deck length. Thanks to their compact and space-saving construction, these screening machines are ideal for a broad variety of applications in the bulk material processing industry.

The Mogensen MSizer compact is a compact short-deck sizer with high screening efficiency and large capacity on a small footprint. It is available in 4 different sizes with inner widths ranging from 0.5 m to 2 m, an effective screening length of 1.3m and with 2 to 4 screening decks. As a result, the MSizer compact can be optimally customized to the respective screening requirements.

The Mogensen Sizer SE is an efficient, compact and flexible screening machine for bulk solids in the processing industry. Its linear movement enables efficient screening of rough and abrasive materials.

Mogensen MScreen Linear units are used when highly accurate grading is required and narrow particle size distributions are involved. Accordingly, they are an excellent choice for check and safety screening applications.

Mogensen MScreen Circular units are used primarily for applications that require excellent grading quality in the medium and coarse particle size ranges.

The MSort OPT can be used to sort any bulk materials that can be clearly classified based on their color, transparency, shape, or size. In fact, it guarantees that materials that are difficult to sort and have an extremely wide range of compositions can be efficiently and effectively sorted with a high degree of accuracy.

The new MSort NIR sorting machine uses near-infrared technology to reliably separate bulk materials with the same visual appearance, but with different chemical composition in fractions of a second. This allows tasks to be accomplished that were beyond the limits of optical sorting, such as separation of plastics in glass recycling. Other materials such as feldspar, quartz, white marble and talc can also be reliably separated with the new technology.

The MSort X-Ray can be used to efficiently sort out undesirable materials such as lead glass and glass-ceramics in glass recycling processes. This technology also opens the door to new applications related to mineral sorting and to many other fields.
