We manufacture ready-to-install screw conveyors according to your individual requirements, drawings and constructive designs. For manufacturing we exclusively use components from our own production: Endless rolled augers, spirals made of flat steel and auger flights (also HARDOX or similar).

At first, the srew-conveyour components are weld on to supporting shafts or pipes.
Locking is achieved through welded riveting or continuous welding. Drive-, bearing- and connecting pins are manufactured and assembled according to requirement guidelines. A final alignment guarantees a ready-to-install product.
The screw conveyors are delivered with a black dip primer, without surface protection, or with a special varnish.
