The Maxi series is designed for use with a wide range of input materials. It is conceived for small and medium-sized plants.

Hardened guide rails and slide rails according to customer requirements and drawings. We have over 50 years of experience in producing high-precision guide rails in accordance with DIN 69056 and according to specific customer requirements. This is also the case for slide rails and roller guideways. Our expertise in heat treatment as well as seamless, efficient chains of process, supervised by highly-motivated employees operating cutting-edge machine technology, are a guarantee for precision, reliability and trust.

Our highly wear-resistant coated screw conveyors are powder-coated and find application where maximum wear resistance is required. For the coating, we use powder-form, self-fluxing, high quality metal alloys which have the appropriate compound of carbon, tungsten, carbides, chromium, boron, silicone and nickel. The alloy is fused with the rolled augers by means of a thermal sintering process.

Endless rolled augers are produced for you in top quality on our special cold-rolling automation units from ST materials, rust- and acid resistant steels and other cold-rolling steel qualities. The forming process that we apply leads to an increase in strength up to the outer diameter of up to 60%, allowing us to achieve considerable improvements in wear resistance in daily use.

We manufacture ready-to-install screw conveyors according to your individual requirements, drawings and constructive designs. For manufacturing we exclusively use components from our own production: Endless rolled augers, spirals made of flat steel and auger flights (also HARDOX or similar).

To meet market demands, we have developed a standard programme with dimensions of 80mm (outside diameter) through to 400mm (see following table). All standard dimensions are available immediately from stock. We also stock standard dimension diameters up to 250mm in material quality 1.4301.
