Croft - Cone Filters
Cone Filters are common to find across many different industry sectors. Croft specialise in supplying cone filters that have been custom manufactured to suit our customer’s specific operating systems.
Also known as: conical filters, In-line filters and last chance filters, cone filters are used to filter solutions, separate particles and protect vital machinery within an operational system. Croft specialise in manufacturing cone filters to suit each customer’s process systems, considering flow rate, pressure and filtration requirements needed for their unique systems.
Typically each cone filter is composed of a custom punched perforated plate supporting one or more wire meshes. The custom punched plate, along with a selection of different mesh weaves, offers the ability to have more control over the open area of our filters. This helps reduce unnecessary pressure drops when using our filters. We offer a range of materials including: Mild & Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Inconel®, Monel®, Hastelloy® and Aluminium Alloy’s. Each material is of European or North American origin and are available with material certification on request.
