Container WTP

The advantage of the container WTPs (as compared with the classic water treatment plant`s building) is mainly low price, variability and possibility of the capacity increasing in phases upon simultaneous quick launching of the WTP as a whole, i.e. connection to the supply canalisation and to output of treated water. The commissioning is realized in the course of one calendar week by default. The indispensable advantage is also very easy construction preparing consisting in realization of the concrete slab foundation, on which is placed the container by the help of lifting mechanisms.
All container WTPs in the production are put together and trial operated in advance. Customer can also perform his own technical inspection. Then, the container WTP is dismounted so it can be send by normal transport ways for containers to the destination. The parts exceeding outline of container`s tank are dismounted and stowed inside the container tank for transport purposes. The inside equipment of the container WTP is framed as modular system which is assembled and installed according to the concrete requirements of the concrete project.

Basic description of the container water treatment plant:
There is prepended mechanical waste water pretreatment including racks or screens, fat separator and sand catcher at the inlet prior to biological stage. Activation is equipped with the flooded loop solid bioreactor with integrated fine bubble aeration by membrane hoses and it works according to the combined technology of the solid bioreactor and the excessive activated sludge. The settlement tank is performed as a lamella separator and is together with the activation integrated to one container`s tank.
Machine room is, according to implementation, either integrated directly to the tank of container WTP or optionally as single lockable 10 or 20 feet residential container. There, next to blowers, can be placed also electric switchboard, sanitary facility and eventually store of the spare parts.
The container WTP is steered either manually or automatic. At the automatic steering the aeration of the activation is steered either by the oxygen electrode or by the clock timer. Switchboard is equipped with particular error`s reporting which is merged to summary error`s reporting. If required, the plant can be also equipped with output for modem or eventually other connection to the control point laying out of container WTP`s area (e.g. municipality, reception, gatehouse, etc.).
The outlet from container WTP can be provided with microscreen drum filter or with chlorine (eventually UV) disinfection (above standard) where necessary (e.g. when there is a requirement for utilization of pretreated water as supply water, eventually for watering  of the green areas).

The piping of the container WTP is designated as per technological scheme after verification and approving on the spot.

• In the plastic (PP) container for haunching: 100 PE to 800 PE
• In the steel container: 250 PE to 5000 PE
