Coreinspire - Rotating Contacts with Dimples

The Product design calls for 2 or 3 Embossed Dimples having equal heights and smooth Top surfaces for optimized electrical contact. Complex Dimple Profile having 06mm at Top and 08.5mm at base is generated by blending of multiple Cross Section Radii of 14mm at sides and 20mm at center. 5° Bending of Side Arms is in 3D and hence becomes critical due to very short wing bending at an inclined line.
