Cosme - Model NT -Belt Conveyors
Belt conveyor is used to transport discharged material from a screening station to a point of collection. Movement of belt is made by rollers and gearmotor. Material to transpor remains in the middle of belt, due to presence of lateral sides. Scraper, located in the zone of discharge, grants the continuous cleaning of belt. Belt conveyors can work with inclination from 0° to 30°.
HOW IT IS BUILT
In the base configuration the machine is supplied complete of:
Head top part with swan-neck form that allows a better discharge of the solid material. Inside the machine are placed the shaft and the gear crowns made in stainless steel for moving of the chains. Motorization including adjustable mechanical torque limiter device. Pivoting scraper with frame in stainless steel and wear parts in polyethylene. Frame with internal guides and sealing rubber profiles on the channel completely made of stainless steel. Lower chain transmission made in stainless steel, replaceable and without bearings.
Protection covers made of stainless steel for the part of machine out of the channel. Filtering surface with the bent top part that allow a better cleaning at the passage of the comb. Fixing bracket adjustable in height, made of stainless steel for anchoring the machine to the channel. Combs with frame made in stainless steel and wearing part in polyethylene, easily replaceable.
