Cotton Filter Cartridges
Cotton filter cartridges are made of an AISI stainless steel core and wound yarn cotton Depending on the weave and yarn count we can obtain multiple layers and therefore various degree of filtrations. The cotton used for thes type of cartridges is of the highest quality and the results of decades of expertise of Filatura Ceretti in the spinning process.
AISI stainless steel cores are ideal in all the industrial sectors where working temperatures and pressure are elevated. The cores are made of AISI stainless steel 304/316 and or zinc plated steel.
The lenght of cotton filter cartridges with AISI stainless steel core goes from 5“ up to 70“ , the external diameter is 62 mm and the internal diameter is 29 mm. The nominal micronage goes from 1 micron up to 250 micron with a maximum working pressure of 8 bar and a maximum working temperature of 200 degree Celsius.
