Coverflux - Model 11 -Foundry Fluxes
Coverall 11 is used for covering , drossing and cleaning of molten aluminium. It is an exothermic power used to separate inclusions and oxides and bringing them to the top as dross. It is also used as a Covering layer for molten aluminium surface to prevent further oxidation.

Recommended Application rate: 0.1-0.3% of Molten metal. Application temp: 650 Degree Celsius. Coverall 11 can be added in 2-3 stages. First add half quantity to molten metal and rabble the melt. Remove the dross and then spread the balance quantity on the surface to prevent oxidation.
