Zikmund's Crawler System DN100 - DN2000 is engineered to withstand the challenging environments typical for pipeline inspections. The systems are portable and can be seamlessly integrated, allowing for their removal from vehicles to be used remotely when inspection sites are inaccessible by car. They offer broad compatibility, enabling the use of new components with older control units, and vice versa, ensuring long-term usability. The system employs interchangeable heads that deliver Full HD imaging, and the crawler acts as the camera head's carrier, adaptable to varying pipeline conditions. Advanced features include automatic self-leveling, continuous rotation, pressure regulation, and superior LED illumination. The control unit can function both as a mobile device and as a fixed component in an inspection van, offering high usability and ease of management. The electric cable drum supports mobile and fixed positions and is designed for extreme durability, featuring automatic synchronization with crawler movements and electronic distance measurement.
