The Double Valve Float Shoe has all of the Features of The Standard Cement Float Shoe and Provides the added assurance of sealing when debris prevents the upper valve from closing. The nose area is designed with a combination of both concrete and aluminium.

Internal parts are made of high-quality material to achieve high strength and PDC drillable. Double Valve Float Shoe is also available in Side -jet, Down-jet Port.

Available sizes 4 ½” to 20” and any special sizes can be custom made as required.

  • Design is particularly suited to vertical, horizontal and deviational wells.
  • All internal parts are PDC drillable.
  • Rated up to Category III C, in compliance with API RP 10F standards.
  • Floats are a spring-loaded, poppet-type valve or flapper type.
  • Floats are available with the single or double poppet valve.
  • Crimson valve is designed for HPHT conditions.
