HEROSE - Model 15C01 -Cryogenic Ball Valve for Low Temperature Applications

The HEROSE Type 15C01 is a cryogenic ball valve designed for use in low temperature applications involving air gases, vapors, and cryogenic liquefied gases, including LNG. This valve features a unidirectional flow design with a relief bore and is available with weld sockets or threaded ends suitable for stainless steel pipes as per ISO 1127 or ASTM A312 standards. It operates within a temperature range of -196°C to +65°C, making it well-suited for demanding thermal environments. The construction materials include robust options such as A 351 CF3M for the body and 316L stainless steel for the ball. The valve's upper extension and other components are crafted to ensure durability and reliability even in harsh conditions. Additional equipment like locks for closure devices is also available. This valve is oil and grease-free for oxygen use and is engineered to strict EN ISO 5211 standards, ensuring secure operation in cryogenic environments.
