The MultiStrip 9480 family offers six machine versions with additional options and accessories for wires from 0.5 – 12.5 mm (0.0196 – 0.49") or up to 6.5 mm (0.26") in diameter. The RSX and RX incision units cut wire up to 6.5 mm (0.26"). They allow easy processing of high-precision coaxial and multilayer applications. Additional features, such as a multiposition cutting unit, create a nearly endless range of application possibilities. Each machine can be easily interfaced with Schleuniger’s vast line of integrated accessories to create a fully automatic wire processing production line.Each of the six machine versions features powerful control software. The color touchscreen with user-friendly navigation within the S.On Software allows for quick program setup, ensuring efficient processing of wire lists.
The cutting unit with Schleuniger RX technology processes different cables with high precision. Each of the six machine versions comes with a specific cutting unit
Choose a suitable drive for optimal traction and transport precision: either a belt drive with a support pulley or a double roller drive – both with an optional short mode kit.
