Dajiang - Model DCL -Lamella Clarifier Separator Inclined Plate Settler Water Treatment
Lamella clarifier inclined plate settler (IPS) a type of settler designed to remove particulates from liquids.They often employed in primary water treatment in place of conventional settling tanks. used in industrial water treatment. inclined plates provide a large effective settling area for a small footprint. The inlet stream is stilled upon entry into the clarifier. Solid particles begin to settle on the plates and begin to accumulate in collection hoppers at the bottom of the clarifier unit. Sludge drawn off at the bottom of the hoppers and the clarified liquid exits the unit at the top over weir. ADVANTAGES Durable stainless steel construction: • Optimised solids settling using stainless steel plates with a smooth mill finish, ensuring no plate clogging or sludge build-up. • Low maintenance; only a hose down required. • Minimisation of thermal current and wind effects on settled water quality.
Lamella Separator Description
Lamella clarifier also called inclined plate sediment tank. It is good at high efficient combined type settling tank; set many dense inclined tube packing in sediment area, to make the suspended impurity in water sediment, water rise flow along inclined tube, the separated sludge down to the tank bottom along the inclined tube by gravity, then discharge it in concentration. Such tank can improve sediment efficiency 60~70%, it can improve treatment capacity 3~5 times in the same area. It can design different flow rate inclined plate sediment device according to raw waste water test report, it need dose flocculant usually.
