DDI SuperFlex - Model T-Series -Aeration Tube Diffusers
The DDI SuperFlex T-Series Aeration Tube Diffusers are engineered to enhance oxygen transfer efficiency and achieve optimum mixing performance in various applications. These diffusers utilize a fine pore, flexible membrane design, which is pivotal for optimal air dispersion in industrial and non-standard domestic settings. The standard unit incorporates a 3/4-inch stainless steel nipple, with optional configurations such as loose shipping or thru-mount connections for square tubing installations. The T-Series offers versatility with threaded units compatible with saddle mount styles, suitable for customized applications. Diffuser membranes typically include EPDM and PU materials, though alternatives like silicone and PTFE are available, along with polyurethane and specialty polymers for unique environments. Durability is ensured through 304 SS clamps, with 316 SS and nonmetallic options available. These units accommodate variable airflow rates, and a triple-check valve system is integrated to prevent liquid ingress and maintain system integrity under regular operational conditions.

Standard configuration includes 3/4-inch stainless steel nipple installed. The stainless steel nipple can also be shipped loose, or a thru- mount connection can be provided for mounting units on square tubing.
T-Series threaded units are also available in saddle mount style configuration for special design applications.
Standard diffuser membranes are EPDM and PU, with Silicone and PTFE membranes available.
Multiple lengths and diameters available. Membranes held in place with 304 SS clamps. 316 SS clamps available. For special applications, nonmetallic clamps are also available.
For industrial and non-standard domestic applications, alternate membrane materials are including polyurethane, silicone, and other specialty polymers. These units may be operated over a wide range of airflows. The external triple-check valve system eliminates solids and minimizes entry of liquid into the diffuser unit and air supply piping under normal operating conditions. Standard aeration Tube diffusers with 3/4-inch NPT (male) stainless steel nipples are factory assembled and ready for installation.
