After unremitting research in the field of aluminum melt online treatment technology, Metxin developed a new aluminum melt online degasser from the main creator in 2010. By the China Non-ferrous Metals Industry Association and non-ferrous metals Society jointly organized experts appraisal to reach the international leading level, has won the third prize of Fujian Province science and Technology Progress, China non-ferrous metals industry science and technology Progress first prize.
At present, it has 32 free patents, and has formulated two industry standards: YS/T 601-2012 "Aluminum melt online degassing purification process specification" and YS/T 851-2012 "Aluminum Melt online continuous degassing device".
When the degasser is used with the ceramic filter, hydrogen meter and slag meter independently developed by Mette New Company, the aluminum alloy material with high purity and uniform structure can be obtained. High cleaning efficiency, excellent quality, has been successfully used in the "Chang `e", "Shenzhou" and other aerospace engineering high-performance aluminum alloy material production, in the military, aviation, aerospace and other industries are widely used.
