Bieler-Lang - Model ExDetector HC 100 / HC 100 K -Detector
The ExDetector HC 100 sensor measures the current concentration of explosive gases and vapors. The ExDetector HC 100 is used to detect combustible gases and vapors in the measuring range from 0 to 100 % LEL. The measuring principle is based on catalytic combustion (pellistor). With this measuring principle, a large number of gases can be monitored, e.g. hydrogen and hydrocarbons (other gases on request).
The ExDetector HC 100 is a versatile sensor and is especially designed for use in Ex zone 1 and in overall safety systems classified according to SIL-1.
A type examination certificate for the measuring function according to RL 2014/34/EU is available. A measuring function certificate BAM 03 ATEX 0003 X is also available.
Variant: ExDetector HC 100 K
The ExDetector HC 100-T and HC 100-K sensor combination is specially designed for duct installation and has a remote transmitter.
This special combination is used to measure the current concentration of explosive gases and vapors in a pipeline network.
