The addition of the Poly-Mate® Polymer Mixing and Injection System assists in conditioning the incoming sludge. Sludge is pumped into the Sludge Mate`s® inlet manifold through the mixing manifold on the Poly-Mate® Polymer Mixing and Injection System. Poly-Mate® prepares sludge for ease of dewatering and clarity of discharged fluid. Several models of the Poly-Mate® are available, some incorporating the patented Jet Shear® II mixing unit with proprietary double elliptical mixing nozzles.
The Sludge Mate® dewaters digester sludge, septic tank waste, grease trap waste, lagoon sludge, slaughter house waste, waste water residual, sump bottoms, and industrial waste.
