DUNMORE digital print-receptive products contain a proprietary DUN-DIGITAL Indigo coating designed to meet the needs of the HP Indigo Press. DUNMORE`s coating has been Three Star Certified by Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), the highest certification rating for Indigo printing. The coating is transparent and is available on several base films including clear and white polyester film, white rigid vinyl, clear and white oriented-polypropylene film, and several polycarbonate base films. It is non-blocking with outstanding ink adhesion, rapid dry time and provides excellent print quality.
DUN-DIGITAL coated synthetics for roll-fed Indigo printing (such as on the ws4050, etc.) are available on a wide range of thin film (typically 1 and 2 mil) substrates. Our film offering includes PETs, OPPs, Vinyls and other films. These materials are typically coated at wide-web (50-61") for the pressure-sensitive coating (labels) industry, but are also available in smaller slit roll sizes for use in a narrow-web press or print environment.
