Discovery - Conventional Land Rig

For required maximum capacities of 500 Tons or less this design can include Sectional type Masts that are raised with hydraulic cylinders. This design includes Discovery AC electric drive Drawworks, the most state of the art VFD and AC drive technology, required rotating equipment, high pressure mud systems up to 7500 psi working pressure, customized low pressure mud systems, as well as any applicable operational support equipment.

At the client’s request, Discovery can provide Top Drive Systems, Handling tools, Safety and Fire Fighting equipment, and well control equipment.

The Discovery conventional land rig design can be retrofitted for winterization packages, skidding packages, walking packages, and desert moving packages, as applicable.
