Working closely with real world operators, this system was designed to be the industry’s first dedicated manifold for filling of disposable cylinders. As a “Plug and Play” style system, it requires minimal work to incorporate into your facility. These units can have up to six 300T style cylinders connected at a time for filling, and also have a source of house nitrogen connected for filling and purging. In addition, the units have all process piping stubbed to the top of the unit for field connections to be made. A vacuum system is incorporated into the manifold and can come equipped with a variety of vacuum pumps installed and wired for use.

The entire manifold assembly, including the leads, are 100% hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the MAWP, 100% nitrogen leak tested, 100% oxygen cleaned, dried, bagged to the highest safety standards.
- Installation is quick and easy. System is delivered assembled, oxygen cleaned, pressure tested and ready to go. Simply uncrate the unit, position it in place, anchor it to the floor and connected it to the existing plumbing.
