TERMIPol DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase suited for MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and other primer extension platforms. The enzyme has 5’→ 3’ polymerase activity and enhanced efficiency for incorporating unconventional nucleotides (ddNTPs, acyNTPs, fluorescent dNTPs and labeled ddNTPs).
