Döbelt - Model DxCALL -Single and Group Notification Via Keypress Call Systems

The individual services intend their individual advantages and disadvantages. The SMS-service has generally a term of <10s. In peaks can appear time delays however. The delivery of the SMS is guaranteed also with turned off mobile phone. The city-call service distinguishes itself through the guaranteed delivery time also of big person-groups in less than 2 minutes. For persons in buildings at the desk, where a bad radio-care exists, the email notification is suitable. Fax-transfers are used to the documentation of the call-release in general.

For the certain delivery with return-confirmation, after receipt and perusal of the message, the SMS or email service is suitable. The acknowledging persons can be counted and shown automatically at the notification of several persons, so that information over the number the person standing to the disposal or units directly after alarm-release is available.

The call-release can take place via keypress, contact change, by siren-alarm, radio-alarm (dead man`s control), via SMS or email. A mixture of the transfer-types per call event is possible. Single - and group-call, with different transfer-services, leave it mix itself at will. The group-size can include up to 250 telephone numbers or addresses. Six different groups can be informed per event. Because 12 different events stand by the notification to the disposal, besides group-reputations, also notices of malfunction can be transferred at individuals. With premature completion of the alarm-situation, the sending can also be broken off.

If an acknowledgement of the informed persons is wished, the number of the confirmed persons of built-in alphanumeric display is shown. Also the sending of the reputations can be pursued there. By sending a SMS or email you can switch up to four relay-outputs at the DxCALL, that can be used to the turning on of a sprinkler installation or to the release of a reputation-alarm. All call-transfers are recorded in an internal file and can finish reading anytime or are printed out.

The programming of the system is simply held and can be enforced also by a non-technician. A configuration-software is put to the disposal, that is runnable on each PC under WIN95/98/NT.

The programming and configuration of the appliance can take place also via remote configuration from your desk. Telephone numbers, addresses, services and notification-texts leave it change anytime. The system DxCALL is delivered in a wall-casing (IP54) with serves - and ad-elements. It works with 230VAC and can be driven optionally also with 12/24VDC.

In the standard-implementation, a GSM-modem is contained in the delivery capacity. The transfer over the analogous or digital telephone-network is also possible. An integrated loudspeaker reports the events acoustically. In order to guarantee also an alerting at blackout, the system is buffered with an accumulator. According to size of the accumulator can be varied the stand-time. Times leave it realize itself between 1h and 200h.
