The pollutants contained in domestic sewage are mainly a large number of pollutants. After being concentrated by gravity in the concentration section, the domestic sludge is transported to the dehydration section. In the process of advancement, the filter gaps and pitch gradually become smaller. And under the blocking action of the back pressure plate, great pressure is generated, and the volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
- The four-section segmented design of the stacked screw body can withstand greater torque. It is not easy to deform, which can avoid the friction between the spiral shaft and the fixed ring and the support plate after large deformation, which will shorten the service life of the spiral shaft.
- The first-level concentration section uses large gap finishing gaskets to ensure the rapid passage of filtrate.
- The secondary concentration section uses medium gap finishing gaskets. While ensuring the rapid passage of filtrate, it prevents the passage of flocculated sludge.
- The third and fourth-stage dehydration sections use small gap finishing gaskets. It prevents the flocculated sludge from passing through and reduces the amount of sludge running while allowing the filtrate to pass through. Maximize the rapid passage of filtrate while reducing the amount of flocculated sludge.
- The elastic back-pressure mechanism can self-adjust the mud discharge gap according to the inner cavity pressure. This avoids premature damage to the screw shaft and moving ring caused by excessive internal pressure and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
- When the pressure in the inner cavity increases, the back pressure plate moves backward, and the mud outlet gap becomes larger, so that the internal pressure is released. When the pressure in the inner cavity becomes smaller, the back pressure plate moves forward, and the mud outlet gap becomes smaller, which increases the internal pressure and ensures the dryness of the mud outlet.
