Greenwood Magnetics - Double Row Easy Clean Magnetic Grid Box for Ferrous Particle Extraction
The Greenwood Double Row Easy-Clean Magnetic Grid Box is an efficient inline magnetic separator designed for use in gravity feed chutes. It is particularly effective in the extraction of ferrous particles from powder or granular materials in processing environments. This unit, constructed from stainless steel, is equipped with a flanged housing for straightforward installation. The double row design arranges magnetic grids alternately, enhancing the capture of ferrous contaminants. The cleaning process is straightforward: remove the quick-release door, extract the grids, and remove the magnetic tubes. Contaminants are easily disposed of as they fall freely from the grids. Some models feature adjustable magnetic tubes, allowing users to modify both the number of tubes and intervals between them, catering to varying product sizes and flow rates. The double rows of magnetic grids are arranged alternatively, providing an excellent method of extracting ferrous contamination. Cleaning is extremely easy. Simply remove the quick release door, withdraw the grids from the box, and slide the magnetic tubes from their housing. The contamination drops off easily.
