Douce-Hydro also specializes in the design and manufacture of piston accumulators, offering the following technological advantages: high compression ratio, reliability, long term storage capabilities, customs capacity and volume up to very large dimensions, instantaneous high flow rates, adapted to high temperatures, piston functioning reliability, safety, piston position detection (option), can be adapted for transfer systems with non-compatible fluids and easy maintenance.
All our piston accumulators are designed and manufactured in accordance with the CE requirements, and are delivered with a Certificate of Compliance and CE stamped mark. For deliveries outside the European Union, Douce-Hydro can design and manufacture following different specifications (GOST-R, Rostechnadzor, ML -ex SQL-, ASME, BS-L Lloyds register, RINA, etc...) and provide the corresponding certificate.
For each application, calculation of a piston accumulator varies. It is not possible to precisely calculate the dimensions of a
piston accumulator using only diagrams and simple formulas. Douce-Hydro has the engineering tools and know-how to provide detailed support and guidance to its customers.
