The DP Air Classifier Mill is engineered as a high-speed, screen-less vertical hammer mill with an integrated air classifier that allows on-line adjustments. Specialists in various industries such as food, chemical, minerals, metals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and plastics can use this mill to achieve particle size reductions in the range of 8 to 40 microns, starting from materials up to 15 mm in size. This versatility enables throughput rates varying from 5 kg/hr to 2000 kg/hr. Key construction elements include options for both machine contact and non-contact parts made from materials like Cast Iron, Carbon Steel, and Stainless Steel grades 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. Wearable parts are crafted from robust materials such as Forged Alloy Steel, Welded Hard Facing, Hard Alloy Steel Casting, and Cast Iron. The internal fan is customizable to either a single or two-piece design, with an external fan design also available for applications requiring precise airflow control.
