Speissens - Drying Belts for Pellet Drying

On a drying belt we place a (pre-) mixed product on an air permeable chain conveyor. The belt can have a width of 2,5 m and a length of 25 m. We construct multiple storeys of drying belts, one on top of the other. On the output side of the drying belts we become perfectly dried pellets. The size of the pellets can be adjusted by using an in-line cutting module. The air speed, the air volume and the power needed for the drying installation are calculated and engineered by our company.
