AMW - Model TT -Dual Pre Packed Screens

The Dual Pre-Pack/TT pipe-based, wire-wrapped, all-welded screen is a cost-effective sand control system for thru-tubing applications. It consists of a base pipe with two concentric V-shaped wire screens with a 0.084-in. thick integral gravel pack. The aggregate gravel pack can be resin or non- resin coated. The dual screen provides built-in sand control when gravel packing is not feasible. The Dual Pre-Pack/TT screen is specifically designed for thru-tubing applications and should be considered for shallow wells with expected low production rates and thin pay zones. In well- sorted formation sands, other applications are water injection or steam flood workover wells.
