ITK Envifront - Duct Cleaning Tool Rotaclean
Cleaning of ventilation ducts; Efficient tool for duct cleaning! Some ventilation ducts are more difficult to clean than others. Large rectangular ducts frequently have stays and other obstacles inside. Concrete or brick ducts often harbour lumps of mortar, which can become holding areas for contamination making cleaning by traditional meaning almost impossible. Rotaclean is the ideal duct cleaning tool to deal with these problems. Rotaclean is driven by compressed air enabling efficient penetration and cleaning of all surfaces without causing damage.
- It stays at the bottom without climbing at the walls.
- Available in two sizes, 30 mm and 60 mm in diameter and it gets trough everywhere.
- The thick hose is rigid enough, due to the air pressure, to be pushed into the ventilation duct like a rod up to a length of 30 meters.

Cleaning of filter bags
If you are involved in fabric filter service, you know that when the bags are clogged, the normal pulse cleaning system does not work properly. The normal solution is to replace all clogged bags wich are expensive. It will take long time and may cause production stop wich often is extreme costly.
Instead of this, clean the filter bags from inside when they are in place. You only have to shut off one chamber at a time and clean the bags with the rest of the filter in operation. NB! State in the order that you should have the type for filter bags cleaning.
