AER - Model CA -Duct Rail System
The duct systems and sliding bearings are designed to allow the extraction of exhaust gases of vehicles in general with the following applications: In revising or testing installations, with moving vehicles (following the plants) to which are attached the suitable nozzles coupled to the exhaust, relied to suction system. Centralized systems which serves the lifting platform or multiple working areas where it is not possible or convenient to install wall fixed or celling fixed devices.
Construction And Operating System
Our exhaust systems have been designed to simplify and increase the flexibility of plant installations in automotive sector. Using the extensible profile bars in magnesium-aluminum alloy which are supplied in kits in various sizes with the possibility to be coupled, the customer can create personalized lines for specific needs of individual car and truck repair shops.
All versions uses our exclusive seal and maintaining system which was designed by AERSERVICE, in “EPDM” rubber, which is gas and high temperature resistance.
Realized in a special profile to guarantee the perfect maintain and seal even on low depression, facilitate the sliding of bearings internal ogives by maintaining a perfect air-tight. The sliding bearings designed and dimensioned for different working stations, to satisfy the needs of all vehicle and truck’s models, are provided with special Teflon wheels complete with bearings to grant a perfect sliding inside the rail.
Models
Aerservice offers two types of ducts which , even if they have the same function and are made of aluminum, have different constructions, types of bearing and airflow section.
The CA duct rail series has two possible extraction points (CA 22 and CA 24) and allows higher airflow capacity (consequently a higher number of bearings).
The EC duct rail series has an rounded profile and is available in only one section en extruded aluminum. This type of duct rail allows a high resistance to torsional loads generated during work moreover an extremely simplified installation.
Easy Assembling And Modularity
One of the advantages of Aerservice’s sliding duct system is the simplified assembling. The sliding ducts are pre-assembled during the productive phase, especially the rubber insert into the aluminum profile, a complicate operation in case of mounting into a construction site.
Mounting
The components shown in the diagrams are pre-assembled and tested to simplify and improve the mounting. The kit "CE" and "CA", using standard brackets for both models of rails, designed for the supports on the wall, column and ceiling. The instruction manuals show the steps for proper installation.
Handling Sliding Bearings
Handling sliding bearings connect and move a suction rail in a longitudinal direction. The crush resistant hose in different diameters: car, truck, etc.. is performed:
- manually by the operator, for multiple workstation , using crush resistant hose connected to sliding bearings equipped with ropes handles for the hose reel.
- from the moving vehicle for test line system, complete with device for automatic release and specific nozzles.
Fans for Rail Systems Series EV,VA,RC
Suction rail systems, use our range of fans, that in specific versions, and in case of lower contemporary for single workstation can be installed coupled on the rail and connected with exit pipe line. In multiple workstation , the fan is installed near the equipment in specific spaces, on the floor or in the wall , outside but in this case our technical department can provide the best technical solutions for dimensioned the system and the diameters of exit pipe line.
