Batch Cookers Dupps Batch Cookers are available in two configurations—with a heated jacket, and with both a heated jacket and heated shaft. Both offer unsurpassed durability and reliable performance.
Heated jacket Batch Cookers offer up to 10,000 lb. (4,500 kg) capacity, and feature a special agitator arm design that evenly distributes dry products—ideal for feather hydrolyzing and similar applications. The pressure vessel meets ASME Code construction standards for 100 psi internal and jacket pressure.
Batch Cookers with both a heated jacket and heated shaft provide shorter batch times and higher throughput. Less exposure to excess heat results in product with higher nutrient value. Available in capacities up to 17,200 lbs. (7,800 kg); ASME and TÜV/PED code standards.
