BeeFoam - Dust Suppression and Dust Control Foam
BeeFoam is a product developed by BeePro against the fabric formation that arises from different industries. Below you can read more about the product in itself, but also about the operation, the advantages and the possibilities of application of BeeFoam.
In order to counteract excessive dust formation, BeePro has developed the foam product BeeFoam. BeeFoam binds dust and particulate matter together to reduce the dust formation. We have developed a simple dosing system to enable the application of BeeFoam. The product is completely biodegradable, so it can be applied to many applications. The foam of BeeFoam is produced in the Netherlands.
The suppression of dust is often attempted with water alone. The disadvantage of this is that it gives a large moisture problem, resulting in the damage of the suction plants and ultimately no more optimal functioning. In addition, this method is extremely bad for the environment.
These disadvantages do not apply to BeeFoam. We have designed a dosing system to ensure that the product is mixed with air and water in the right proportions. There is a prolonged foam that is applied to the material that needs to be processed. The foam binds to the dust and makes it heavier. In the processing of the material the fabric development is countered. An additional advantage of BeeFoam is that the finished product can be processed for three to twelve days!
