Johnson March - Dust Suppression Systems
Many heavy industries require the handling of bulk materials such as coal, ore, limestone and others which can release many airborne particulates into the air which can cloud a workers view and be harmful if inhaled. We fabricate spray systems that are used to mitigate these airborne particulates.
We will supply the entire system including Spray Cannons for the Stockpiles, Spray Headers that are placed at collection and transfer points like truck dumps, crushers and conveyors and since we have a vast experience with pumping systems we also will supply the Booster Pumps Skids which pump water to the many spray points which can be far distances away. Johnson March will also supply our own chemical surfactant Compound MR which increases the wetting property of water and therefore improves the dust control.
