Features of the EasyMeasure Sensor Platform
- It is computer based i.e., Raspberry Pi-Powered with Linux OS and open source tools.
- It is equipped with inhouse developed software for data analysis, mathematical modeling, process monitoring and control. It can replace PLCs.
- The software is configurable, so we can make it tailor made for your specific sensor(s) and application.
- It is equipped with 4G, 3G, GPRS, bluetooth, ethernet, wifi and phone call functionalities for remote access.
- It has a data logging storage capacity up to 64 GB.
- It can generate alarms through SMS, phone call, e-mail.
- For controlling process equipment, it has built in relay functionality (event based switching).
- It has a real time clock for time stamping of the logged data.
- All data is accessible real time and worldwide through internet.
- Remote sensor configuration is possible.
- The industrial housing protects the platform against water (IP66) and make it feasible for installation in industrial environment and outdoor.
- The platform can communicate with other systems (PLC, laptop etc).
