ECE ClearFlow - Model CF-800 -Automatic ClearFloc Wastewater Treatment System

The ClearFlow Automatic ClearFloc Wastewater Treatment Systems represent the latest advanceents in water treatment technology. These units are batch treatment systems, meaning that they will treat a volume of water and then treat additional volumes one after another until the entire volume is treated. The CF 800 incorporates the use of two peristaltic pumps to reduce the time to process a batch. When the system is filling, both pumps are used to fill the system. After the batch is complete and the solids have settled, the Clear Water Pump will pull from the Process Tank mid level removing Clearwater only and send it to the Filter Belt. The pump can run at a higher speed when sending clear water. When the level is low enough the Sludge Pump will initiate and pull from the bottom cone of the Process Tank and send it to the Filter Belt. Two Process skids can feed one Filter Belt
